Customer Portal Knowledge Base
The portal is designed for Canadian LTL shipments (occupying 10 ft or less trailer space).
To receive a cross border shipment or shipments exceeding 10ft of trailer space, you will need to submit a quote request to our team.
- Select Get Quote
- Fill in the necessary information (origin, destination, dimensions, weight)
- Select Get Quote
- Select Request Spot Quote – this will alert our team to work on pricing for you.
- Open the quote and select Revise in the top right corner.
- Update the necessary information and resubmit for quoting.
At this time, only JCT Dispatchers can delete quotes within the system. If there are quotes you wish to delete, please inform use using the chat box and we will have them removed.
The BOL can be accessed once our dispatchers have arranged the pickup. It can be found under Documents – Bill of Lading.
- Click Bill of Lading
- A tab will open allowing you to either download or email the document
Commercial invoices can be uploaded under Documents
- Select Commercial Invoice
- Add the document(s) you wish to upload
Tracing numbers will be added once available and can be located under Load Tender Number.
Absolutely. Filters are a great way to organize your shipments. Under orders, select +Add Filter. The portal will allow you to choose from a variety of different filters.
Team members can be added under the Team Module in the top left corner.
- Select Team
- Select New Team Member
- Determine which type of member you would like to add.
There are a few things to consider when determining the type of member you are looking to grant access to.
Read-Only Access: Creates a read-only profile with access to the orders list only, and hides sensitive information
New Team Member: Creates a profile with the exact same access and permissions that are currently associated with the profile.
Changes to profiles can be edited under the Team Module.
- Navigate to Team Module Tab
- Select the profile you wish to edit
- Under status, toggle the Active/Read Only Access buttons to make changes
